Rooms are small, but functional and good value for the price. Has all one needs to have a kip and get their head down. I wasn't a fan of having the shower and toilet in the same space as the shower leaked a little as it hasn't been turned off properly by my partner and going loo in the night to water all over the floor was an experience. It's a good distance from the city centre and easy to find. We were able to order local takeaway and found some great places to eat within the Jewellery Quarter. Due to an error with the lift, our room was upgraded at no extra cost so we wouldn't have to walk up too many stairs. We were offered a ground floor room but politely declined incase there was someone within the need. We ordered breakfast, they were good to go bags and contained coffee and juice/water, a croissant, apple, granola bar, yogurt/muffin and a pot of porridge. It isn't a full English, but as the hotel doesn't have facilities to keep warm, we found it great. Noise wise, no issues from outside or others here. Staff were very friendly and welcoming each time we encountered them. Rooms are clean and the TV has a smart function so you can sign in various streaming platforms or you can watch free channels. We finished a few shows on Netflix when we settled for the night. Would stay here again.

Nice location, Lovely service, Aircon in the room didn't work well, I had to go reception every time to have it adjusted, Lots of noise at 5/6am each morning in the alleyway, sounded like a garbage truck.
