Be careful when booking with Blossom! I booked through super.com but when I arrived there at 8am the hotel told me they had no rooms until 4pm that afternoon. The hotel staff contacted super.com and I was told that the reservation was canceled and I'd receive a refund. So I then rebooked the stay on my own through Hilton.com knowing that I'd get a refund for the canceled super.com booking. Welp that's not what happened. My 1k has not been refunded and Blossom Hotel staff refuses to call me back. Horrible staff and the room was not luxury at all. I found hairs in the bathroom floor and in the tub, and the sheets were dirty. Also, staff is rude and gives you attitude for simple requests. DO NOT BOOK WITH BLOSSOM !!!

The hotel itself is great. Very modern, clean, and our room was nice once we got settled in. The main issues were with arrival and check-in. This is a valet-only hotel, and when we pulled up there were several valet attendants but no one acknowledged us or directed us where to go. When we asked, we were told we were in the wrong lane somewhat rudely. Valet was also $53 for one night. At check-in, we waited about a minute while the front desk employee was on her phone before she noticed us. We also asked about a room upgrade and were told the hotel was booked out, which is completely fine, but the response came across a bit abrupt. When we got to our room, the door was wide open, and we had to find a housekeeper to confirm it was ready. On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and valet was very quick bringing our car out the next morning.

Might be the best hotel I’ve stayed at for government travel. Had everything you needed; the gym was nice, the restaurant was great, and the room was clean and modern. About a 15 min Uber ride to downtown. Would def recommend!
