The property features spacious, tastefully furnished rooms, in keeping with its declared category. Unfortunately, room 211 proved significantly undersized compared to the standards expected of a four-star hotel: limited space and comfort inadequate for the level of the property. Breakfast is plentiful, but lacks any real appreciation of the local area. The presence of industrial cakes and poor-quality drinks is inconsistent with the experience a hotel of this caliber should offer. Dinner was overall decent; however, some dishes gave the impression of having been prepared in advance, and the service seemed excessively rushed, with little regard for the guest's time. An additional negative note remains regarding the management's handling of guest relations. A stay worth €480 was cancelled due to health reasons; the entirely reasonable request for at least two wellness center entrances (€70) was rejected without any formality. This approach is not conducive to customer loyalty. Kudos, however, to the staff, who were always available, courteous, and professional: their attentiveness was the best aspect of the experience.
