Terrible experience with rude staff, forced extra charge, and no refund I had an extremely bad experience with this hotel. I booked one double bed room, which clearly allows two people. However, at check-in, the front desk staff insisted that only one person was allowed to stay unless we paid an extra €25 for the second person. This was never clearly stated at the time of booking. The staff's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional.During the conversation, the front desk staff said "do whatever you like, sir" in a sarcastic and disrespectful way. His behavior and facial expressions made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. Because of this unacceptable treatment, I was forced to cancel the reservation on the spot. Later, I discovered that the hotel refused to refund the booking, causing me a direct financial loss of €75. This situation was entirely caused by the hotel's unreasonable policy and poor service, yet the guest was the one who had to pay the price. This is not about money. It is about honesty, respect, and basic customer service. Based on my experience and the many similar complaints in other reviews, this hotel does not treat guests fairly. I strongly do NOT, do NOT, do NOT recommend this hotel.Stay elsewhere.
