LARGE ROOM, AVERAGE EXPERIENCE! I had an excellent experience as soon as I arrived: The maid kindly left a little treat with a note and some bananas on the table. The message at the end was curious: DRINK WATER (lol). A gesture of care and hospitality. It's quite true that I thought: "Is this a strategy...? She leaves the candy, I get thirsty, I drink water, undoubtedly because of the note, and I spend more... (laughs). Joking aside, it was a great demonstration of affection. The room is good, but it's not new. It's clean, but requires some maintenance attention (baseboards, door corners). Nothing that gets in the way, but for the more demanding, like me, it might be bothersome. The biggest highlight is the bed. A very thin mattress, accompanied by pillows of the same model. Want something good? The air conditioning is RIGHT ABOVE the bed. Perfect for those who get hot easily. The high point is the space... It's quite large, and with a beautiful view. There's a small balcony in the living room. The breakfast is super simple. Nothing special. Many opportunities for product diversification. Parking is free, in the basement, because as the hotel is like a flat, the spaces are not defined. However, the parking lot, in its plumbing and maintenance, is quite poor. Fear is going to get the car and finding an insect falling from the ceiling, which is quite possible, given the location. Another highlight is the location. It's across from Praça da Paz (with many food trucks) and the main avenue. ------- - Would I return? YES - Any reservations? YES, I would request a better (newer) room.

Good hotel with a good breakfast. Polite and kind staff. The room was good, but the bathroom was very small and poorly designed.

The room was very large, but the bathrooms were very, very small; you can barely dry yourself with towels inside. The faucets were old; when you open them, no water comes out, but when you open them a little more, a lot of water comes out—there's no middle ground. It's difficult to regulate the temperature; there are better faucets on the market. The parking was terrible. I didn't offer my car to the valet; I parked, and the next day I had to enter through the passenger door because the valet, out of anger, locked me in on the driver's side. Not to mention that we arrived at night and there were no more parking spaces; I had to leave it on the street. There are better places in Bauru.
