While we appreciate that the venue prioritises sustainability, we felt like basic amenities were not thought of for guest comfort. There’s no rug provided in the room even though it’s raining heavily. We requested for one and it took close to an hour for it to arrive. By the time it arrived, it was 10.27pm and we were about to go to bed. But the staff insisted to talk about non-urgent admin stuff. We booked via booking.com and filtered for pet-friendly locations. This place showed up as one of the options. Upon check in, they told us we didnt book a pet friendly room. We didnt even realize there was a petfriendly room because on booking.com we were only showed 1 option for deluxe rooms. Turns out that pet-friendly rooms were fully booked so the option didnt show up for us but booking.com still recommended this property. It is now 10.30pm, we travelled 4 hours to get here, received really poor service, no one to help with bags in the rain and they’re telling us we need to move to a petfriendly room because they put us in a non-petfriendly room. The check-in process was such a hassle and extremely slow. And the steps are extremely unsafe and slippery - please be careful when coming here. Also the soap dispensers are broken, they dont work. We had to open from the top to get soap and wonder how many people dipped their fingers in there. The staff also didnt bring us to the room - it was 9pm and dark. We had to find the way ourselves. 930,000 RP per night is not worth it for this experience and service. We asked for a knife to cut fruits and this rusty knife was sent to us. And when they sent it, they told us again we’re not supposed to have a dog here… Disappointing to say the very least.

Great service and facility. All the staff also very helpfull. Thanks to Hakim at Front Desk for the hospitality and Eka that was very helpful to accommodate our request during BBQ and bonfire. Definitely will coming back here!
