I have stayed at Bobobox quite frequently. However, this time my experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of the parking attendant.regarding my stay at Bobobox Kota Tua today. First, I experienced difficulties during the parking process from the very beginning of my check-in. I arrived at around 10:00 PM during heavy rain and was in the process of completing my reservation payment. At that time, I was stopped by the parking attendant and was not allowed to park yet, even though I had already explained that I was a guest who was finalizing my booking. After waiting for quite some time, I was finally given a parking ticket. The problem happened again during my checkout. The parking attendant made the exit process difficult twice. I was asked to pay the parking fee in cash, while I did not have any cash with me. There was no information provided during check in that the parking payment could only be made in cash. I even asked if it was possible to pay using QRIS, but I was not assisted at all. As a result, I was charged the normal parking fee of Rp39,000, even though as a staying guest the parking fee should only be Rp10,000 per night. Even after I paid the Rp39,000, I was again asked to show my pod number, even though I had already shown my reservation during check-in the night before. This situation caused me to be late for work this morning because the exit process was unnecessarily complicated by the parking attendant. I am quite disappointed because I usually choose Bobobox as a place to rest when I finish work late at night, when it is raining heavily, or when the traffic to go home is too bad. However, this experience was very unpleasant due to the unprofessional and unhelpful parking management. I hope the Bobobox team can address the following points: 1. The parking attendant on duty should be reminded or addressed regarding their uncooperative behavior and for making the process difficult for guests. 2. A clear explanation regarding the parking payment policy, which was not communicated to guests from the beginning. I hope this complaint can be taken seriously, as this experience was very disappointing for me as a guest who frequently stays at Bobobox. Thank you.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Although it's a 24-hour hotel, access is restricted until 9 a.m., requiring security to open access. Sometimes, when you ask security, you're not immediately directed to the location, but instead given the wrong directions, resulting in you wandering around the city building late at night.

Strategic location for staying, there was an event in the Ancol area, stayed at Bobopod, the pod was clean, the staff was friendly, and this is the umpteenth time I've stayed here, Recommended to stay
