Umut at the reception was very attentive. The service team was unsuccessful and the breakfasts were very bad. When I was leaving the room, I forgot a jacket that had high sentimental and material value. I asked for it to be checked, but the cleaning person must have thrown it away, so they said it was not there. We have stayed in many places both in Turkey and abroad and have never experienced such a situation.

Very warm hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal, close to everything. If I come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I spent 6 nights at this hotel. Overall, the stay was fine. The only thing I didn't like at all was the breakfast. Let me explain: Pros: - The pool is very nice, and the view of Bodrum Castle is worth it. - The room is small but adequate, and the air conditioning works perfectly (necessary in Bodrum's summer heat). We asked for extra pillows since we only had one small one per person, and they gave us extras without any problem. - The location is convenient for those who don't mind a bit of a walk from the city center (there's a steep street to get there). The bus station is very close, making it convenient for getting to the airport, for example. Cons: - I found the breakfast to be poor. It's buffet-style from 8 to 10 a.m., but during the week, almost nothing is left after approximately 9:30 a.m. I'm posting photos from a day I went to breakfast at that time, and another where I got up early for an excursion and went at 8 a.m. (but on a relaxing vacation, I don't want to get up early every day to see a decent breakfast 😅) There are several options that Turkish people might like, like olives, chips, and some fried pastries. The jams and spreadable cheeses are all of mediocre quality. The breakfast place is messy and looks dirty, making you not want to eat there. The instant coffee is awful (they could buy a decent coffee machine, especially since we're in Turkey, where coffee is famous). Also, the hot water for making coffee is in an old machine and comes out mixed with tea leaves 🥴 There's no toaster, water (water isn't drinkable in Turkey...) or juices. - The staff are friendly, but they don't all seem very professional. It's a bit random. Conclusion: I wish they'd improve the breakfast because it's the only reason I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
