The hotel is in a great location, no question, but I think there are other hotels with more comfort for the price. The room was okay; you don't need anything more for a city trip. Unfortunately, it's quite noisy. It was rather warm at night because the air conditioning wasn't working, and opening the window would have meant noise from the street. The hairdryer could definitely use replacing; the handle looked very worn. I can't quite understand why so many people praise the breakfast. The dishes that should have been hot, like scrambled eggs, bacon, and grilled tomatoes, were cold unless you were lucky enough to get them freshly prepared. It's a shame the warming trays weren't being used. With one exception, the service was very disinterested. Four people stood around instead of clearing the used plates from the table. No one seemed to care that the coffee machine wasn't working perfectly either. There's definitely room for improvement here.

So, we wouldn't stay at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it! The location is very good – right in the city center. The bar staff is completely uninterested; instead, they gossip a lot and other things are more important to them! The rooms are very small, and the air conditioning didn't work. The furnishings aren't high-quality either. There's no wardrobe. Breakfast for the price is a no-go! The scrambled eggs were cold and stale. There wasn't much of a selection. The coffee from the machine tastes terrible. The staff at breakfast, however, were very friendly. The hotel is noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. The staff at the reception desk are inconsistently friendly. Sometimes they're good, sometimes not. It's a real shame, because we wanted to have a nice stay. You really need to work on a lot of things.

Ideally located in the city center, the hotel is very comfortable and offers numerous amenities (gym, luggage storage, etc.). The breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful. Special mention goes to the always smiling and pleasant staff. Don't change a thing, it's perfect.
