I attended a training session. The room was very nice. The buffet was good quality, but they weren't well organized for our group, and it took a long time for everyone to eat.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. All the staff treated us wonderfully, especially the waiters in the café, who provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly. The food is fine if you need something to eat there. The breakfast buffet is varied. The room was very nice and clean. I'm giving it one star because we came for a day off and another day with a Smartbox hotel and spa experience, and to be honest, the spa seems more like an indoor pool with two pressure jets than anything else. It lacks more amenities to be more complete (although there is a Turkish bath and sauna). Also, I should mention that the noise from the music and other guests can be heard in the ground-floor rooms during the weekend. Overall, I recommend it; it was a good experience!
