Boo Hotel

Lovely hotel, great room, very central location and attentive staff made us feel at home. Top notch. We were able to walk everywhere as so centrally located. Great massage at the spa. Very well looked-after by the front of house team and bar staff every evening. Highly recommend.

This hotel had a fantastic central location within easy walking distance of the main tourist destinations in Prague and was also located on a quiet street. It had everything that you might expect from a European hotel of this class but we had a couple of issues. Our standard room was clearly advertised as having a ‘separate bathtub and shower’. A tub in a standard room is unusual and indeed our room did not have one. Perhaps we had been wrong to think we had booked a room with a tub but when we got round to checking we found we were not and that the hotel description was clearly inaccurate. When queried we were informed that some rooms did not have a hot tub but that they would try to find one for us if we requested. By that time we had unpacked and did not wish to repack and relocate. There was no apology and certainly no discount was offered for the room without the advertised amenity. It also has two single beds pushed together, not a queen bed. Disappointing as this booking was made months ago and was for three nights. Otherwise, the room was of a good standard and the bathroom what you might normally expect, but you may wish to confirm with the hotel if your booked room does in fact have a hot tub, and a double bed, if those things are important to you, which they may be.

Excellent hotel! Great location and fantastic service. We were able to easily walk to visit all the main sites in the Old Town. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and a drink at the bar after a long day of touring Prague.
