Unfortunately, everything was completely different than described. The breakfast buffet offered very little choice, most of the equipment in the "gym" was broken and in some cases in a dangerous condition, there were large stains on the carpets in the hallways, the use of the spa facilities cost a very hefty surcharge, and to top it all off, they tried to charge us for half a bottle of water from the minibar that we hadn't drunk, without any understanding whatsoever.

We weren't actually in the resort itself; we had a holiday apartment rented from a provider, which is located within the resort complex. The entire property is very beautiful and right on the beach with its own private access. The underground parking garage is amazing; we've never seen anything like it in Germany. The hallway and balcony were also designed in a similar style. The ramp out of the garage isn't easy, as it's very steep with curves, and if you're unlucky, someone might be coming from the other direction. Unfortunately, visibility isn't great while driving up. So, this ramp isn't suitable for people who aren't very confident drivers.
