I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Boulevard Waters Motel. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a wonderful way to start the day, and the lake views were stunning both day and night. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and I appreciated the chance to chat with many of them. A special mention to Angie, the cleaner, who was amazing and went above and beyond during my three-night stay, before leaving, was delighted to gift the team a box of roses as a small thank you for their outstanding service. A big thumbs up to the whole team—I would happily stay here again.

Great location having been right on the lakeside, 5 stars! When I book for accommodation I always base my decision on reviews and all seem to be high so proceeded to book here. On arrival to our room (room 8) as soon as you entered it had a musky smell, rooms need to be upgraded and cleaned thoroughly! I’m only basing this review on our room as I don’t know how others are. Our room toilet doesn’t flush properly, ac doesn’t work at all it’s was two hot days we had and we couldn’t cool our room down, our patio. Slider door was open from time we checked in until we checked out we had to leave it open over night as it was so hot in the room it was unpleasant sleeping for two nights, the ceiling fan doesn’t really do anything as it’s medium speed. They should have small portable fans in bedroom as there is no air flow to them and gets very hot in there during summer. The room needs to be cleaned all window sills/openings are covered in dust and years of grime cob webs and dead bugs! I had to remove 3 large live spiders on our stay. Curtains are covered in mould, carpet had blood stain as to the duvet cover among other stains. The outside patio/terrace is covered in dust cob webs and dead insects. Bathroom and bedroom windows covered in dust grime and webs around the sils. As it’s summer time you would think the hotel would have the building washed down and spider treated to make your outdoor living more enjoyable over summer. Overall location is amazing if only the room was up to a decent standard our stay would have been more pleasurable. I certainly hope management see to these issues to make other peoples experiences better over the summer period as I do know prices will double. A discount would have been nice if they offered but the receptionist did take note and apologized.
