Very bad internet and disappointing response from staff. I stayed here for 9 days and had to work from my room, but the internet was extremely slow throughout my stay. I tested the speed multiple times on both my phone and laptop, and the results consistently showed very poor internet speed. What made this even more frustrating was that the reception staff had a separate internet connection with very high speed. If you go to the reception area and connect there, the speed is good, which clearly shows that the property has a fast connection available. However, that connection does not reach the guest floors and the guests cinnect to a seperate wifi. It seems they have reduced or restricted the bandwidth for guests on all floors, so they can save on internet costs ( unacceptable from a 3 star hotel). I complained about this several times, but nothing was done. The most shocking response from the night reception staff I got was that “the internet is free, so you can’t complain.” That makes no sense. I paid over 8,000 per day for 9 days in advance through Bookingdotcom. The Wi-Fi is not “free” — it is part of the facilities they advertise and that guests are paying for. This made my stay very difficult, especially because I needed reliable internet for work. Even the TV did not work properly and kept buffering/loading because the Wi-Fi was so slow. Since the TVs use Google TV and require internet, nothing was really playable. Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially for anyone who needs internet for work or even basic entertainment.

I was told that parking is avaible hence i booked this hotel but then they kept my car on road and i was charged parking penalty never try this hotel again no response no responsibility atall

My 2 week stay was excellent. The staff were always on hand if needed with a big smile The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from and the service was first class. Special mention to Georgio who was always there to greet and check if I wanted anything special preparing. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and it was cleaned immaculately every day. Looking forward to returning in 6 months time
