Very Good rooms . Very good for stay with families. Staff & owner also very friendly. Use all products in hotels good quality. homeiler feelings. Nice hotel with apartment to stay in tbilisi.

The place is a bit older and no lift, but room is huge with a kitchen, tablemchairs and sofa . Bed is comfortable and room was warm when it was a cold day. Location is convenient to a number of places. Issues were the shower leaked a lot of water on the floor every day, regardless of how I tried to minimise it. Great water pressure however. Also towels were changed every day so I could use them to mop up the flood. Place is in a quiet area but close to ammenities. Breakfast was made to order.

The hotel is okay from inside but is surrounded by slum. It is very difficult to reach there by car and there are many obstacles on the way. Breakfast - Is okay but since the place is run by only two men, they refuse to entertain any of your requests. They don’t even like if you ask them simple questions. We simply asked if one item in the breakfast could be heated and the guy started yelling loudly, telling us that even 150 euro hotels in Europe don’t offer basic amenities like toiletries or slippers or have lavish breakfasts. While we asked for neither of that and had asked for basic things as our bag was missing. The person at front desk doesn’t understand English much and hence any of our general enquiries were taken as a complaint by him , he told the other guy and the other guy without listening to our side of story, started yelling at us. They could have simply told us that they don’t provide these things rather than yelling and making a scene out of it. He later apologised but completely ruined our mood. Fortunately it was only for a day that we had booked the hotel thinking we would get some old Tbilisi experience. However the location is not at all pleasant. It is a value for money hotel if you are okay with the location and rude behaviour.
