DISAPPOINTMENT, DECEPTION, AND FRAUD. Let me explain. My wife and I spent Christmas week there. Since Christmas Eve dinner is usually complicated, and the hotel offered a set menu for 125 euros per person, and the courtyard where we were going to dine was quiet and pretty, we decided to book. Things got strange when, more than 15 days before, they started asking me for prepayment, even though I had a reservation with free cancellation up to three days prior. Anyway, I spoke with them and they agreed to let it go until I arrived. Well, the ordeal began two days before Christmas Eve when they called my room to tell me there wouldn't be dinner at the hotel because there weren't enough people interested, and that if we wanted, they would take us to another large hotel in the chain to have dinner there. Obviously, finding another place with that time of year was impossible, and management knew this, which is why they told us without giving us any time to react. In the end, we accepted and they took us to that hotel by taxi, where, of course, we had to wait an hour at reception that night. I also want to say that the receptionist was wonderful, but only... I was following orders, and I want to clarify that the management was responsible for the scam. We had booked a quiet, intimate dinner, but instead found ourselves in a room with 200 people, including many children, under blinding white light, and serving a very low-quality wedding dinner—nothing like what we had been promised and paid for. The scam stems from the fact that, knowing this in advance, they should have warned us so we could look for other dinner or hotel options, or else they should have taken responsibility for what they had sold us. Aside from this, which is clearly the hotel management's fault, I must emphasize that the staff is wonderful, but the value for money is not justified. It's a 4-star hotel with a high price tag for the facilities, and of course, the management is neither ethical nor professional. When we return to Granada, we certainly won't stay there again. Besides the fact that there are three other hotels of the same category and price nearby, I'm sure they wouldn't offer us the same treatment. And of course, I won't recommend it either. I don't usually write much, but I found this shameful, and perhaps it will be helpful to someone.

New and in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is spectacular. Very good quality. The room is comfortable and clean.
