I don't recommend this hotel and will definitely never come back. The staff is very good, no complaints there. But whoever runs this hotel should consider allowing access to the spa on Saturdays and Sundays, and yes, the staff should be paid for that. The sauna should be open longer hours, because when the hotel is fully booked, people are queuing to get in. Ridiculous. The same goes for the treatments. Two people plus a doctor can't keep up with a full hotel. They run as fast as they can, but people are forced to wait, even though they arrive on time. In the restaurant, during our 10-day stay, the waitress changed once, for one day. One day off??? The waitress, Elena, was great; she kept up with everything, but she was clearly tired. This shouldn't be the case. To earn more, you need to invest accordingly. Otherwise, the number of guests will only decrease. I definitely don't recommend it!!!!

I do not recommend! Price-performance ratio is a complete disaster. Dirty bathroom, where the shower did not work. Wellness is a mockery, micro sauna for two people and a mini pool. Breakfast is average. Very expensive parking, where you will only be told the price at the end of your stay. In addition, the receptionist told us that she would not write us the entry code to the parking lot and the gate to climb through again, when we left the code in the car. We had to wait over an hour for the procedures even though we had a reservation for a specific time. For the same money, I recommend thermal, where we ran away from this hotel in horror.

My girlfriend and I stayed there. The service and location were great. The downsides included a small sauna, a cold pool, and a lack of privacy, as a door to the neighboring room opened – meaning you could see into each other's rooms. Luckily, no one else was there that day. But the staff was very friendly.
