Branson Towers Hotel

This is a so/so hotel. We were in room 240 - on the complete opposite end of the check in. Not sure why they sent us all the way to the back. It was a long walk! The elevator near our room did not work. Stairs close by. Very tall tower out our window. The room seemed clean but the sheets were very thin (very nice pillows) and the bed frame seemed wobbly & noisy. The shower stall was pristine, but the floor wasn't. Breakfast was ok & the coffee was ok too - but - they only had powdered cream😢. In 2025 only powdered cream. That's just wrong. I even asked. They said they had milk (which is not the same). We were there for the Sight & Sound Theater & it is very close. We had a senior rate @ $105 that included tax.

This was a great location off the strip. It's up on a hill so you could look down and see various sites throughout Branson. All of the front desk staff and other employees were very friendly. On our way out there were even a couple of maintenance men that asked if we needed assistance carrying our luggage to the car. The hotel was extremely clean, as we also wipe down and clean the room when we get there. The only thing we observed was a few hairs in each tub. The breakfast was really good and they had a wide variety and a lot of seating. They had free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea all day. On Friday and Saturday night they had their ice cream social with different cobblers and ice cream for the guest. The hotel had a very homey atmosphere and the hallways were wide enough for anybody with a wheelchair or walkers. The lobby is large and had tables and chairs set up as well as having a fireplace. There was also a pool and hot tub located in the middle of the buildings. It was in a separate building but it was not an issue to get to. The pool room was very clean and my only suggestion would be to get a new hot tub with jets that treat your lower back. There's outside seating in between the hotel and the pool which was very nice in case you want to spread out and just enjoy nature. The rooms were large enough to keep our luggage out of the way. I rated this hotel a 5 because it's cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff in the hotel, free deluxe breakfast, and location! They had even gotten their Christmas tree up in the breakfast room. We stayed for fall break October 17th through the 19th.

We were very disappointed with this place. The mattress and furniture were worn out and uncomfortable. There was no shower curtain. The toilet seat was loose. There was an extension cord loose on the floor, which may not meet the building code. There was obvious deferred maintenance. The elevator was dirty.
