We stayed for 7 nights. The room is quite old, but very clean. Location is convenient. The Executive Lounge food was good. The service staff in the Executive Lounge are very friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially Elizabeth. Elizabeth starts our days with happy spirits every morning, and provide great services. I haven't stayed here in over 10 years so this is a long overdue visit. I stayed here from March 6th to March 8th 2026. The room was well-equipped with comfortable king size bed. Unfortunately, there are a few things that were a let down. 1. I arrived at about 7pm and there was no one on reception so had to wait around for someone to appear. 2. Minibar is empty. You need to order through a QR code but from what I could see there was a delivery fee every time. I found it easier to go to the nearby convenience store to get snacks. 3. The most disappointing experience was the Executive Lounge. Breakfast can only be described as pathetic. Hot food consisted of scrambled egges, bacon, chicken sausage and tomato and a small amount of antipasto, fruit and a smattering of pastries as well as some cereal. The sausages were tough and not chewable. You can order an omelette bit at an extra cost. On Sunday I ordered poached eggs that took 20 minutes to arrive. Apparently the kitchen is on the ground floor. Canapes in the evening were basically pieces of chicken, calamari and samosa. A small amount of antipasto. Drinks were beer, wine and soft drinks. No spirits which is a tad disappointing. The Executive Lounge was a complete disappointing. The other thing I found was when I asked to borrow an umbrella and was asked for a deposit. Never had a hotel ask for a deposit to borrow an umbrella. The location is perfect, near the river and an enjoyable walk along the foreshore Other than the disappointing Executive Lounge the overall stay was pleasant.

Great location right by the Story Bridge. The room is spacious for a family of three. Although the hotel shows its age and the pool was quite cold (perhaps because it’s undercover), the exceptional service more than made up for it. The check-in process at reception was warm and professional. What impressed me most was the staff's responsiveness; every time I requested something via the mobile messenger, they delivered it almost instantly. I also shared some minor feedback, and the hotel went above and beyond by providing a handwritten note and thoughtful amenities. It made me feel truly valued and well-cared for as a guest.
