I had an amazing experience from the minute I walked into this adorably, decorated charming hotel. The staff was very helpful, very kind. They went above and beyond to get me a ride to the airport so that I would not miss my flight home even though it was the last minute. Staff had great recommendations for me. Room service was impeccable. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. I can't say enough about this hotel, but the staff is what made my stay exceptional. I wish I knew all their names. A special shout out to the gentleman who welcomed me and also helped me get the ride to the airport. He deserves a shout out as do all the staff! one hundred percent recommend this hotel for your stay in lisbon.

Excellent in every way. Great room, great location, excellent staff. Welcome drink appreciated, nice bottle of wine in the room and 10% off at the bar. Didn't take the breakfast as it seemed a bit pricey when there is so much strong competition around.
