I BEG YOU TO BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Extreme disappointment and frustration with multiple serious issues that occurred. I selected the property based on the amenities advertised on your website/expedia and in the confirmation email, and what was provided fell significantly short of what was promised. To begin with, breakfast was a key reason I booked this hotel. The confirmation email explicitly stated that breakfast would include eggs, meats, and carbohydrates. Instead, what was offered was limited to bread, fruit, and coffee, which is not what was advertised and is completely unacceptable. This is a clear case of misleading information. Additionally, the breakfast hours were inaccurately listed as 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, when in reality breakfast was only available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and further added to my frustration. I also attempted to contact the front desk twice by phone prior to arrival, and no one answered either time. Also contacting the hotel manager Roger through email and no response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that presents itself professionally online. Also, the automatic email that gets send our to clients says clearly states that we will be charged $12.99 per night but when I got there I was charged $29.98 (which is $14.99 per night). This is yet again another misinformation and illegal. Finally, the hotel advertises a dinner service beginning at 5:00 PM, including what is described as “award-winning best ribs.” However, the restaurant was not open at all during my stay. Advertising a service that is completely unavailable is misleading and unacceptable. Taken together, these issues represent a pattern of false advertising and poor service, not isolated mistakes. Please go somewhere else.
