OurOur stay here was quite disappointing. On our arrival, we tried to get some water, but were informed that they only provided two per room. We also attempted to order lunch, only to be turned away because I was wearing a tank top, which is acceptable for women but not men. The pool closes at 8 p.m., and anyone still in would be asked to leave. The beach was also quite unpleasant, with many rocks. If you’re Latino, you’ll likely face similar service issues as your fellow guests. I was practically ignored by servers at the buffet. The food was mediocre, and we had to make reservations for the restaurants, even though some nights they were empty. Our drinks were watered down, so we ended up buying tequila bottles to make up for it. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of explanation at check-in. We were simply given keys and told to figure things out on our own. The hotel itself was decent, and some staff members were friendly. Honestly, I’d never stay in an all-inclusive in this part of Puerto Vallarta. There are simply too many great bars and restaurants to choose from.

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a resort. Almost all staff have bad attitude. Food is disgusting and limited they give you left over food from the night before. When they have events and you want to attend it is there where you are told oh you needed to register for this. This hotel is a real scam. Pool is very small and useless. No shows or entertainment program. Worst almost 5k of my life being wasted.

In the heart of Puerto Vallarta. One of the best hotels in the area in terms of value for money. The food, snacks, drinks, and service are all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, although small. The breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended.
