Honestly was so overwhelmed with how amazing the customer service was when my partner and I stayed here on New Year’s Eve. We only stayed one night but anything you needed, there was someone with a smile ready to help you out. The staff went above and beyond. Beautiful area, the villas were also so stunning. Cute little huts tucked away in the trees. Two restaurants to choose from, breakfast had many options. Safe rain water to drink for any tourist not from the area (which is really important for people like us from European countries) Was a very peaceful stay. Deffo want to come back one day.

We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved our time here. The location is stunning! The resort is right on the beach, surrounded by lush jungle, with wildlife all around and a real sense of calm and escape. Every interaction with the staff was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. We were able to check out, enjoy a few extra hours at the resort, and were even accommodated on the staff ferry later on — a perfect example of how a little communication and mutual kindness goes a long way. We were a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews regarding infrastructure. This is a tropical resort so the climate naturally causes a bit of wear over time, which is to be expected and doesn’t detract from the beauty or comfort of the place. And as for the complaints about the complimentary ferry being inflexible… the times are clear, it’s free, and it runs smoothly if you plan ahead. A remote island getaway does require a tiny bit of organisation. If you’re after a relaxed, beautiful resort with great staff, character and atmosphere, you’ll love it. Those who struggle with timings may not. 😉
