The hotel is clean

On February 25, 2026, I came to Lüleburgaz for a business trip. My company, trusting in the hotel's star rating, booked me a room here. I will be staying at this hotel for almost two months, but I have encountered many problems. May God help me, I will explain why. I work in heavy industry, and when I arrive at the hotel after work, there is no hot water! I call the reception, and the reasons are always the same: giving numbers, saying "sir, so many people have showered, you need to wait," "the fuse blew, we reset it, it will be back on shortly," "let the water run for ten minutes, it will come back on," or "the valve was broken, we replaced it," or "the water temperature is fine when we come to check the room," ready-made answers... They know everything, but unfortunately, they don't know their job. From the day I checked in until March 7, 2026, I have only taken a shower with hot water three times; the water was always lukewarm or lukewarm below. This is not a hotel for long-term stays; I do not recommend it. If you plan to stay, do not book the third floor or above. The heating system on the 3rd and 4th floors is faulty; they provided quartz heaters to the guests. There is insufficient hot water on the 5th and 6th floors. I will raise this issue for the duration of my stay at the hotel. There is a significant administrative deficiency in this establishment; the property owner needs to address the situation. Regards.

We stayed for about 2 weeks for a vocational training program. Although it wasn't part of the program, they provided lunch and dinner. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive and punctual. They responded quickly to all our needs. The staff at the reception helped us with everything. The rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels in the area, and each room has a large bathtub. They have an area full of equipment, like a professional gym. They have ample parking. You can't reach the city center on foot. If you don't have a car, you'll have difficulty getting around. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the location; it could be a little closer to the city, but then it would be much more noisy. It's a quiet and peaceful option, if you prefer.
