Absolutely lovely hotel. Really amazing boutique hotel, with fabulous reception staff. Rooms are very luxurious. Dinner was fab. The only issue we had was smart TV would not connect to Netflix or any streaming, and no fix, and at Breakfast, they odnt have the A team on. the toast came burnt each day. When I commented they offered to bring more which after 2nd time of askign 30 mins later had not arrived. the restaurant manager said the bar tema were busy, but they managed ot bring a coffee. The Hotel manager though took this on board and dealt with it very elegantly. Im sure they can easily fix this. its a lovely hotel, fab location, and Id defintiely go back. Jordan on reception needs to be star of the month for how helpful he was - well above and beyond!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bushmills Inn very much, only wishing we could stay longer. We arrived very late at night - just before 11:00 pm. The receptionist had just closed up the desk, but took time to greet us warmly, make sure our bags were taken care of, and get us settled comfortably. The room was delightful, with a canopy bed, a very well appointed bathroom including heated towel bar, and a small sofa. It even had a small separate dressing area! Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had preordered a gin and a whisky tasting, so headed to the bar to relax after a long day on the road. Cameron took great care of us there, making the experience interesting and fun. We did eat at the restaurant the next night. There was a small glitch in our service at the beginning, with our table not being noted as occupied. However once we were on the radar, the staff were extremely attentive. They were clearly well trained to offer good service. The restaurant was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Also as compensation for the wait, we were given a discount on the meal. One can't ask for better than that. All in all, we are happy to highly recommend The Bushmills Inn. We hope to return soon.

First time back in Bushmills in about 15 years, now armed with a wife and 2 kids!! We were not staying this time, but booked into the restaurant for an evening meal. The hotel and inn are great. Real old world charm, open fires, lime washed walls and exposed oak beams. It is definitely bigger than I remember, a proper hotel in its own right! The food was excellent. We had steak and fish, which were very good. They have a separate fryer for their chips, delighting my celiac daughter! They were clued in and aware of celiacs disease, which is good to see! Staff were friendly, helpful and plentiful! Will be back to stay over, maybe minus the kids!
