Serious hygiene concern – please read before staying. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and encountered a serious issue regarding room cleanliness and hygiene standards. Upon check-in, the room appeared not to have been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. I found visible blood stains on the blanket, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, especially from a hygiene and safety perspective. The hotel later stated that only the blanket, bed sheets, and pillowcases had been changed, and claimed that no previous guest had stayed in the room before me. This explanation raises further concerns about the hotel’s cleaning procedures and quality control, as such stains should never be present in a room prepared for a new guest. Cleanliness is a basic standard in the hospitality industry, and this experience shows a clear failure to meet that standard. I strongly recommend future guests inspect the bedding carefully upon arrival.

My flight was canceled. It was hard to get a room, but I managed to get one at the last minute. The interior was clean. The amenities were plentiful. It's a typical business hotel, and opening a suitcase in the room was quite difficult. There's a Seiko and Family Mart nearby, and it's close to both the main street and Nakajima Koen Station, so it's a plus! I wish I'd stayed here from the start. Since it was a sudden change, the laundry service was a huge help. Detergent was 50 yen at the front desk. There was also a microwave and a vending machine with snacks and cups.
