Our experience at this hotel was an absolute disappointment. Upon checking in, we were given a completely different room than the one pictured before booking and purchased. This was clearly misleading. It's unacceptable for the room shown to a guest to be so different from the room provided. The sound insulation in the rooms was almost nonexistent. Conversations, television noise, and even the slightest movements from the next room were clearly audible, as if we were in the same room. It was impossible to rest. Such poor sound insulation is a serious comfort problem. On the second day, we were finally able to move to the room we had purchased, but this room was also problematic. There was intense humidity, the walls were crumbling, and the air conditioning struggled to heat the room. The lack of maintenance was very obvious. Dinner was extremely inadequate. There were only three types of appetizers, and they were quite poor in taste. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. There was almost no variety, the products offered were not fresh, and they were carelessly prepared. In terms of price-performance ratio, this stay definitely did not meet expectations. This establishment fell far short of expectations in terms of room quality, food, and overall service; I would not recommend it.

We stumbled upon this hotel while searching for accommodation in Büyükada, and it has become our permanent home there. From the moment you arrive at the reception, Meryem Hanım's kind, understanding, and smiling face gives you the feeling of having a peaceful holiday, and this feeling is completed by the rest of the hotel staff. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the rooms are quite reasonable. Barb'ada tavern provides enjoyable entertainment without needing to leave the hotel. Many thanks to the hotel and the entire team. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location is great, close to the mermaid statue. It has its own restaurant, but the prices are quite high. The room was clean. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and creaked a lot; they definitely need to be replaced. There's no sound insulation at all. A lot of noise comes from outside. The rooms we stayed in weren't as small as described; they were adequate. The wardrobe in the children's room was broken, and there were no clothes hangers. It's nice that there's a mini-fridge and a TV. There's no tea or coffee kettle. Would we stay there again? Maybe once if we were really desperate. Would we stay again? I don't think so. Nevertheless, thank you for your efforts.
