At first, it seemed really great, but unfortunately, we stayed there for more than three nights, and as a family, it wasn't clean. There was dust everywhere—on the curtains, walls, floor, and even the sofa. This gave me a cough. The bed was uncomfortable. The location is good for walks, and there are cafes and restaurants where anyone can go for food or drinks—that's nice. However, the street noise was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. There's no soundproofing on the balcony or windows. Unfortunately, the price was too high compared to what was offered. We wanted to cancel on the first night, but unfortunately, the entire amount was lost. For us as a family, it was a bad experience.

The hotel is extremely tired-looking, the stairs are dirty, rooms are smelly, dark and everywhere you look needs renovation, you just can’t hide all the negligence you see around. During the night some constructions were made on the roof, the noise was frightining and lasted a while. They could have warned, I thought it was an earthquake… Ordering cappuccino for breakfast took nearly an hour, a lot of boys behind the counter (hygiene???) - who works there and who doesn’t - but no one is making the coffee, all you here is excuses. The floor is dirty, windows dirty etc. It’s the attitude of the employees, probably. Dear employees, if the breakfast is served at 8 then please have your coffee machine ready at 8! It left me a very bad impression of local’s working culture. The photos in the website do not correspond to reality.

This review is only for the coffee shop inside the hotel. The location is excellent, and the view is fantastic as it overlooks the square directly. The coffee shop is clean and tidy, but small. As for the food, it was expensive for desserts only, and the food quality was below average. It's worth visiting for its location and view only.
