We vacationed with our family from December 20th to 22nd! We stayed in a room with a sea view! This is a great hotel with a winter theme. Everything was perfect, from the welcome at reception to the food, good alcohol, and a nice gift from the hotel for my husband's birthday! The rooms were 5+, the service and staff were 5+—it's rare for a winter vacation! We were upgraded from a family room to two adjoining rooms! It was very nice and convenient! The children stayed in an adjacent full-size room with its own bathroom, while my husband and I had our own room! We were very pleased with the bath products, creams, lotion, and shampoo, all from a luxury brand! We highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the staff for our family celebration and the free dinner at the à la carte Italian restaurant on my birthday!

Stayed here last year and still dream about this place. Food was exceptional , the resort has all facilities included and through of ( loved the kids clubs !!!) and everything is of a very very high standard
