We have just come back from your hotel in Caloura. We had a fantastic time on São Miguel island and at your hotel. You have an absolutely brilliant team member, Afonso. He is really helpful, always smiling, happy to chat, and speaks excellent English. It was very nice to talk to and deal with him. Please make sure you praise him on our behalf! He arranged a few things for us and helped a lot when he didn’t have to. I wish we could receive the same treatment in any hotel in Spain, for example. Absolutely brilliant. We really appreciate it. Also, please share this feedback with the housekeepers. They do a brilliant job every day. The cleaning standard is very high—absolutely amazing. Thank you. There is also a lady in reception who often wears a green jacket 😂 (sorry, I can’t remember her name). She is always smiling and happy to help, too. Afonso and this lady make a great team that you want to see most of the time. The team during breakfast does a great job, too. Fast service, friendly, and they speak good English as well. To be honest, we really liked your people and your hotel. There were only two downsides. Regarding the TVs: please buy some short HDMI cables and ask your maintenance team to connect them. That way, people can plug in their Chromecast or Fire Stick and watch the content they want. The TV bracket is mounted too close to the wall, making it impossible to reach the ports. We weren't able to use the TV due to poor connection options and a lack of channels we liked. The very last thing: we left very early this morning to catch a morning flight. The guy in reception wasn’t expecting this and was a bit sleepy. He didn’t handle the check-out very well. Overall, an amazing stay. We will be back! 👍

Peaceful hotel! The staff are kind and friendly. The food is good and the view is amazing. The nature around the hotel is beautiful, and you can always enjoy the sunset. You can play tennis, fly drones freely, and the pool is great with excellent service from the bar.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Beautiful setting on a cliff. Spotlessly clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Exquisite service. Absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be back. THANK YOU to all the hotel staff.
