Unfortunately, this wasn't satisfactory. The room and the sea view were okay, and the housekeeping staff's cleanliness was also acceptable. The room walls are made of cardboard. Hearing every fart from my neighbor and being able to hear exactly what they're doing in the bathroom isn't just disgusting, it's also unpleasant. I booked all-inclusive and naturally expected to have access to drinks at any time of day or night, as well as the refrigerator in the room being constantly restocked with water. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The refrigerator was nicely stocked upon arrival. There was Coke, Fanta, lemonade, water, a bottle of wine, and even some ouzo. Really great. But if you want it refilled, you have to pay. Water also costs extra. You can get your drinks during the opening hours of the restaurant, snack bar, and bar, but everything is served in glasses or cups. If you want bottled water for your room or to take with you, you're directed to the mini-market in the sister hotel and have to buy it there. That's not acceptable. Water should always be freely available. The food was okay, the selection a bit limited but tasty. At the sister hotel, you can use the snack bar during opening hours, where the selection is significantly larger. The beach and sun loungers were fine. The drinks at the beach bar were excellent. They use genuine products. In my opinion, the restaurant manager isn't very friendly. The waitstaff are very nice and do their jobs well, but they're constantly being bossed around. Less is more would be a better approach for the manager. Otherwise, it was okay, but too expensive for what you get.

Disorganized staff in the restaurant, the same menu every day for breakfast and lunch, very friendly staff, everything clean, the building structure is more than dangerous under the pool in the adjoining rooms.

We were only there for three days, but we loved it. The pool was quiet, with no loud music, plenty of sunbeds, delicious food, and wonderful staff. The only minor drawback was the uncomfortable mattresses.
