It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. You can easily get around outside using Grub or a tuk-tuk. I thought the balcony was an open-air bath, but it might be a pool. I wanted to take a hot bath, but they couldn't produce a lot of hot water. It was fun as a pool.

I booked a room that was described as 40 sq. m. and had a kitchen (induction stove, refrigerator, and washing machine). But they put us in a smaller room with only a refrigerator. After asking at the front desk where all the promised extras were, they said they could change our room, but only the next day. They also said they were undergoing renovations and would be a bit loud from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. But the noise from the renovations started at 7 a.m. every day of our stay. There was drilling, hammering, or jackhammering every day, starting early in the morning and ending in the evening, without a break for lunch. It was so loud that by evening I'd start to get a headache. Waking up early in the morning only made it worse. Now about the room itself. I booked this hotel specifically because we were planning to stay there for a week, and I needed a stove, a washing machine, and so on for a comfortable stay. But the room only had one saucepan, which can't be used on an induction stove—it gives an error message when used, meaning the bottom of the pan doesn't fit! There was no washing machine in the room either, nor was there a microwave. So, I supposedly paid for my comfort, but in reality, all I got instead was loud noise from the construction and renovations. Breakfasts are the same every day. Not a single new dish, no variety. I don't understand why this hotel has 4 stars. The only thing I initially wanted to mention as something positive was the staff. But they screwed up here too. The cleaning staff left the floor so wet after cleaning that I slipped and hurt my foot and hand really badly. The floor was completely wet, this is unacceptable! And on the last day of our stay, at 10 a.m. (even though checkout was at 12 noon), without knocking on the door or any warning, the cleaning staff simply opened the door! This is impolite and disturbs the guests' peace. Management needs to work with their employees. And lastly, about the location. Everything around the hotel looks like a village: construction sites, old houses, abandoned vacant lots. The city is full of hotels with much better locations, and I'm sure the service is also better.
