This is my second stay at this hotel. I am very disappointed by the handling of customer feedback and the lack of hygiene. - Limescale and rust on the shower head => unacceptable! - The previous guest's trash hadn't been emptied. The staff didn't clean the shower even though I requested it and I was staying two nights. Especially since the same issue was observed two months ago. Otherwise, the bedding is good. The room is comfortable. The parking lot is very difficult to access and the payment machine doesn't work! The reception staff are reluctant to provide parking receipts when the machine is out of order.
