On the plus side, the breakfast, the location, and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. Areas for improvement: the size of the rooms is a real problem, especially since the window overlooks a skylight. The feeling of being cramped is particularly unpleasant. Furthermore, a few details, such as the bathroom door not closing completely, detract from the stay.

Hotel is located in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by shopping, eateries, historical sites and the metro is only a couple of blocks away. However, be aware that this is a double edged sword, as reaching the hotel via car can be very time consuming due to the traffic. One night it took us over 2 hours to travel a few kms (it was raining, so we didn't want to walk). The staff at the hotel were amazing, but the hotel itself left alot to be desired. The rooms are incredibly small. So small that we had to change rooms because in the original room they put us in I could not even fit my entire body into the shower or sit straight on the toilet as an average sized Canadian. Nor could my wife and I both fit on the bed. The second room was better, but still no space to even walk around inside the room. There is only 1 elevator and it only comfortably fits 2 or 3 people (2 if someone has luggage). We also found the rooms to be quite dirty - after a shower my feet were black just in walking from the bathroom to the bed. And my final complaint is that it was very noisy, with a bar situated next door. On the plus side, there is free food on the top floor. However, the view that they show you on the website is not taken from this hotel. It is taken from another Central Hotel a couple of blocks up the street. This hotel really has no view at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
