For its category, there are things that are out of place. Leaving customers without being able to consume anything in the bar or restaurant at noon because there was a private event is no excuse. Breakfast was also poor. And the elevator was also broken for a long time, necessary to be able to go up and down the suitcases on impossible stairs.

I stayed for three nights and had an excellent stay. We had two rooms, one double and one triple, both with many comfortable details and well-equipped. Its location is prime, as it's just one block from the center and directly across from the port where all the boat trips depart. My room had a view of the Beagle Channel. The lobby is super modern, comfortable, and spacious, and the breakfast is very complete. They also serve coffee in the afternoon and delicious meals at very reasonable prices. The highlight of the place was the spa, which is incredibly comprehensive. In addition to a heated pool, it has a steam room, a dry sauna, a Scottish shower, and a jacuzzi. They offer different types of massages for an extra, but still affordable, fee. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful service, and I will definitely return and recommend it!
