Wouldn’t stay here again!! We only stayed here for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were told there’s a sanitation tax we must pay and there is a $5 fee per call for room service. Mind you we paid for the all inclusive package. $5 is not much, but this should have been disclosed. They take us to our room and we were placed in the wrong room. Went down to complain as this is not what we paid for and to speak to a supervisor which was not available and was then moved to the penthouse suite which was the only good thing that happened those 2 nights there. The food across the board was very mediocre. The breakfast selection was not vast at all. The mixed drinks like Pina colada barely had any liquor in them. I would also like to add this is our third trip to Mexico in the past 5 months. Great experience at Riu and also Dreams. Just not the best experience at all at Cancun Bay!!!

It was an excellent experience. Perfect for a mini-vacation. All-inclusive, and breakfast starts at 6:30 if you're taking early tours.
