I’m leaving a one star review because I was rudely disrespected by Celine or whoever she calls herself at your candlewood suites location in Hawthorne today. I have been staying here for 3 weeks now because I’m on business and my business won’t conclude until around may. I already paid for this as well and kept extending a week at a time then checking out and checking back in. I’m now being told I cannot stay because of some 21 day policy according to her you have and having to check out. But I have already done this on account I’ve only booked a week at a time I have never done my stay for longer than a week at a time when I renew. I never once was told this and I already paid for everything as well online. Now I’m gonna be out $1300 from the travel site I used because she refused to check me in. On your website it states no such policy in fact in the reviews several people mention they stayed here months at a time on business just like myself and that the hotel was designed for longer stays because of the stove kitchen and kitchen supplies etc I’ve been nothing but respectful while here and to the woman downstairs but she still started getting into a screaming match with me about this and got very vulgar and aggressive towards me. All I wanted to do was check in and stay in the same room like I’ve been doing for weeks now with no issue. When I asked for a manager she claimed she was one when I said who is above you so I could de escalate this she said I can’t speak with them because she said there is nobody and that she owned the hotel. Now I’m out of work for the day and I just had a newborn son I don’t even live in California this is so unprofessional.
