This is a great hotel. The rooftop pool and view at sunset is amazing and the overall service from the entire staff was superb. Notably the welcoming and friendly @Rene Koloil who really made me feel at home during my entire stay. He gave me lots of valuable tips, including assistance with the complimentary Canopy bicycle which I used to tour all around Cancun. Highly recommend this hotel and say hi to Rene when you go.

I left for 11 hours and came back to my room left untouched. Made sure to remove the sleep sign. Complained and mgt said the staff was still working on it 7pm?? Had a drink at the bar to relax and then they wake me to sign the bill. How about comp it to make up for no service?!

I was on the 5 th floor , lot of noise on the roof , it's annoying as hell .....next weird thing is that even in small hotels they let u settle bills on checkout, here everytime I ordered at the restaurant they forced me to pay the bill , even if I was in a hurry to go out etc , it's pretty annoying to say the least , only the bellhop n reception lady were nice , rest of the staff sucked esp this guy manning the restaurant, the room was big but the shower head in the bathroom is so miniscule.....not worth for the price point as there are so many hotels / resorts in Cancun .....most important, there are people cleaning my window outside , making a lot of noise so I found out luckily my curtains are drawn as we speak , so they couldn't see into my room, scary, this hotel has serious issues to be fixed
