Very friendly staff, great rooms, and everything was clean! We felt very comfortable there. On the first day, we discovered there was construction work going on in the building opposite. We spoke to reception and were then allowed to change rooms, even with an upgrade! That was very kind of the hotel staff! All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

I was very impressed. The room was large, the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. There was a private pool, perfect for relaxation. The staff were very attentive. I must commend the staff member named Sub; he was lovely, polite, attentive, and incredibly friendly.

Amazing hotel, but the experience was slightly disappointing. My family and I became a huge fan of this hotel when we first came here in 2012, so I choose this hotel as the final destination of our petit honeymoon. I wanted to show my husband, a first time visitor, how cool Hua Hin is. The food was the BEST as always, the staff are very friendly and warm, and we love the wedding celebration cake that the staff prepared for us in the room....yum and heartwarming! And I love the fact that the restaurant offers gluten free and vegan option! And although the quantity of breakfast was mid, the quality was top-notch. Every little dish was super tasty. However, the bathroom was the issue. Only very little amount of hot water came out of the tap that it did not fill the bathtub at all. The rest was just cold water no matter how much we waited. It was a cold day, so this restrained us from fully enjoying the private pool. And the drain outlet of the bathtub was perhaps small or loose that I could feel that the water was running down to drainage even tho I made sure to shut it properly. So yes, basically, the bathtub didn't really work. And just the numbers of mosquito bites we got over a night....overwhelming. I am pretty sure the door was shut but maybe it was also a facility issue. We stayed at other 5 star hotels in Hua Hin right before coming here and nothing like this happened. Considering that it is a five star hotel and remembering how perfect this hotel used to be when it opened...honestly I was a bit frustrated. But I still love the hotel, the vibe is heavenly and food is to die for. But I hope the water facilities will be improved when I visit this place in the future. I do not wanna be convinced that the paradise I saw at this hotel was just glorified childhood memory...
