I usually tolerate certain details quite well, but this time it was a truly bad experience. First, it's nothing like the photos; the "hacienda" is smaller and simpler. You book a room that's advertised as "quadruple," which seems to match the photos on Booking.com or Google Maps of a normal room with two beds, but upon arrival, they send you to a rather small and run-down cabin. It was covered in dead and live mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling, the paint was peeling, and there was a lot of dampness in the bathroom. There are solar water heaters, but they don't seem to work; there was never any hot water, and only two trickles came out—impossible to shower in. You get incredibly cold; the blanket provides decent coverage, but nothing spectacular. The problem is that the door doesn't seal properly, creating a draft as if there were a fan blowing freezing air, which made it impossible to sleep. And to top it all off, there were some unruly students from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa making noise until 2 a.m. without anyone saying a word to them, even though the MODERATE noise limit was supposed to be at 10 p.m. At dawn, they also left a mess in the garden (this isn't the fault of the place, but they should be held accountable for their negligence). The pool was cold and the bottom was somewhat damaged. The young women at reception are friendly and do their best to provide good service, but they need to enforce the rules more effectively and maintain the facilities better. It's quite far from everything; the nearby town doesn't even have paved roads, so you have to stock up on supplies before leaving Irapuato. It's not safe to drive on the highway at night, but once you're there, it's quite peaceful, quiet, and seems safe. I had my doubts about the sheets, but they turned out to be clean. However, given the state of the room, I was sure I'd find bedbugs or something similar. The place has everything to be very comfortable, but it still lacks many details.

Excellent place to rest and get away from everything. I celebrated my birthday there and the cabins are nice to rest in. The only detail is that there wasn't enough hot water, the flow was very little, but from then on everything was excellent.

They really need someone in charge of the venue who can provide information or help you. The lady they leave on-site isn't helpful. I reserved a garden for an event in advance along with several cabins, and on the day of my event, the garden was occupied by another party. They ended up moving me to another garden with awnings from a previous party (due to a misunderstanding, they discounted me $200), but between family and guests, we had to clean the venue for our event. The cabins weren't delivered to us at the agreed-upon time of 3:00 p.m., they didn't deliver them after 3:30 p.m., and the last ones were delivered after 4:00 p.m. We were hit by the rain, and most of the cabins and the hall were flooded with water. The next day, they asked for our cabins at 12:00 p.m. and charged us for three towels: two that were covered in mud and one that was lost. We don't have proof of this because we didn't check the cabins the afternoon they delivered them to us. They said the pool water was heated, but it isn't. It could be a better location, providing a better experience, with better organization and customer service.
