Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites

Great place. The only problem is the wifi which doesn't reach into the rooms. That means I can't stay again. But I very much recommend it, as the restaurant food is top notch, and the pool lounge is very comfortable. For the price, the value is in the middle, the food being the stand-out.

I forgot my ring and necklace there and I go to frontdesk to asked and find my necklace and ring but say the room cleaning doesn't see anything but it's the last place I went before they went missing

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY THIS TIME 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually have a great experience, but this recent stay was honestly the worst. We came hoping for a relaxing stay, but it ended up being a really bad experience instead. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a strong musty “kulob” smell—like a room that hadn’t been used or properly aired out for a long time. The accent chair, pillowcases, headboard, and even the lamps all had the same unpleasant odor. 😫🥴🤧 On top of that, the window lock was broken, which felt very unsafe—especially for kids—and it made me anxious the entire night. I asked the reception if we could be transferred to another room, but they told us the hotel was fully booked. However, the room right next to us stayed open the entire time until we checked out. On top of that, someone who visited us at the restaurant also tried to book a room and was told the hotel was “fully booked” as well. 🤔 The only good thing is that the food and drinks are still consistently good, and the recipes haven’t changed—which we’ve always loved. But overall, this stay was far from relaxing and definitely disappointing for a place we’ve trusted for so long. 😔☹️😞
