We stayed last night and were greeted without a smile or standard service questions like good morning/afternoon/evening, can we help you?, because we brought 2 children, the hotel asked us to upgrade our room and we agreed. Arriving at the hotel room, it was nice, the room was spacious for the 4 of us, clean enough for the room, but not outside our room. The corridor or front room of our room looked unkempt and the floor was not very clean, the front of the room also had no view whatsoever, it was really like living in an underground cave he he he ... When we checked out to the lobby with our suitcases, no one helped us, leaving the lobby to have a quick breakfast before boarding the bus, I was the last to exit through the lobby door which was not spacious and the female officer told us while shouting "close the door please" ... Oh my God, the door will also close itself / automatically, can she not shout at the guests? That's rude. The service in Goreme is without a smile, without friendliness and warmth, I think slowly but surely even though it is beautiful, people will feel that one visit is enough. With expensive hotel prices but service like that, Goreme tourism must improve ....

Hygiene was lacking. The sheets were yellowed with dirt. The rooms were small. There weren't even mirrors in the rooms. Don't have high expectations.
