Had a really wonderful stay here on Sunday. The hotel is beautiful and clean with fresh flowers everywhere. At check in our bags were carried to our room, which was a nice touch. All of the staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms are small and very close to the outdoor restaurant, buy honestly this did not bother us at all. The small room is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway. The robes and slippers are nice touches that give this hotel an overall cozy feel. At 10pm we could still hear people at the restaurant, but it wasn't very loud and was easily drown out by the TV. We also really enjoyed the attached restaurant and bar. Great food and service at both. This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you are looking to do a hike to the Griffith Observatory. It is a short walk from the hotel to the park and then you can access the hiking trails there. No need to take your car out of valet! Two things to be warned about: 1. Be prepared to valet immediately and have your bags ready to carry in. There is no place to pull up and park momentarily except for the valet station. 2. Influencers. This place has a lot of them and more than once they decided to have a photoshoot in public places where people are walking through the hotel. Just walk through their photos and ruin them lol. Very unpleasant and unprofessional staff. I was given the rate of the room and pet deposit over the phone from Alex, as I made my reservation. Once I arrived to the hotel to check into the room, the rate and pet deposit doubled from the reservation. The manager spoke to me very rudely, with saying I can pay for the room or uexwill cancel. Lastl, my card was charged and I did not stay at the facility. The staff / management are not on the same page and the manager needs training on customer service and hospitality skills. I do not trust or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

The rooms get a star. The bathroom was nice and the overall aesthetic was pretty. But the bed frame and furniture showed signs of wear, mostly because they were white. But....THIN THIN THIN walls ceiling and door. This is not a place you go to sleep. It is a place you go to be seen. The restaurant pumps music all day and all night. It’s obnoxious but necessary to drown out your neighbor’s voice or TV. The restaurant tables are be a few feet from your front door on the bottom floor. During my stay a baby screamed in the court yard for three hours upon my arrival which was problematic because all I wanted was to sleep. The inner courtyard layout others hotel makes it impossible to relax while laying in your bed. The bathroom window backs up to a parking. So when I opened it to let out the humidity from the shower I was met with the bumper of a random car. The room service charge of a filet migon, brocollini and boxed mashed potatoes was $110. I would take a walk to one of the other local eateries for a better meal. Check out my photo of $65 shrimp pasta that was delivered cold to my table. I was also double charged for an $8 water that I brought from my room mini bar to the restaurant despite me asking if it was ok to bring it to my table.
