Highly recommended if you're a family looking for a more refined experience than a mainstream hotel and value quality over quantity. We had a fantastic, very spacious room/suite spread over two floors with a huge rooftop terrace and a whirlpool. The evening turndown service was excellent, and a small surprise awaited us in our room upon arrival. We also received a complimentary gift from the hotel upon departure – a very thoughtful touch! The entire hotel staff was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful at all times! The only drawback is the beach. However, it's the same in many other places in Crete. Walks are very pleasant, and swimming is fine, although water shoes are recommended. The pool was quite cold at the end of October, so it took a bit of courage to get in. Opposite the hotel, there are numerous shops for everyday needs, several car rental agencies, and the water park at the neighboring resort can also be used free of charge. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
