My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at the Carles and can highly recommend this great little boutique hotel. Great location in the Recoleta district which quickly confirmed why BA is known as the Paris of the south. It’s within walking distance of major attractions with plenty of great little cafes and restaurants with a great authentic vibe. The room was fabulous. A great bed, superb shower and bathroom. The shutout curtains made for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast offered a great selection from the buffet as well as omelettes to order. The staff were professional and friendly with a seamless check in and out process. I don’t have a bad word to say about The Carles. It was the best hotel stay on our South American trip!
