One afternoon, I called a car to Bolt and headed to the Red Sky rooftop bar. I left my sunglasses in the car. The next day, the front desk staff member, Mint, spoke with the Bolt driver for a long time and wholeheartedly helped me find them. I was deeply touched by her kindness and effort. I highly recommend the Carlton Hotel and its wonderful hotelier, Mint.
