The hotel is well located, not far from the ferry terminal. The room was comfortable with everything we needed, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We arrived at 10 pm. The staff was welcoming and professional, spoke French, and were very responsive to our requests during our stay. We hope to return to this hotel on a future trip.

Although it's far from the main tourist areas, it's conveniently just a 10-minute walk from the station. The room was small for a suite, but it was spacious enough for small Venice. The classical design was lovely and full of Venetian charm. There was also a welcome glass of sparkling wine chilled with plenty of ice in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and enjoyable.

We booked a Classic Double Room based on the hotel’s published photos showing a bright room with normal windows and a modern bathroom. The room we received was on the ground floor, with barred windows facing a wall, minimal daylight, and a noticeably darker atmosphere. This did not correspond to the advertised Classic room category. When we raised this at reception, staff insisted the room was correct and were not willing to offer an alternative solution. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor. After requesting cleaning, blue chemical stains were left across the sink and shower floor, and yellow staining was visible along grout and silicone edges, indicating insufficient maintenance. Noise levels were high, both from the street and from interior hotel facilities located nearby (dining area and public restroom). The location of the hotel is convenient, but the room quality and handling of our complaint significantly reduced our stay experience. We will not return.
