This is the second time I've stayed here within a year; the first time, they had plumbing issues in one of the rooms and upon checking in said they didn't have any rooms available and sent us to a different hotel. This time, upon checking in at 4:00, the time stated, they said they were short linens and towels and were waiting on a delivery and could not give us a ballpark time frame on when the room would be ready. Granted, it was New Year's Eve, so we needed to access the room to get ready for our dinner that evening at 7:00. It was also raining, so we couldn't access the pool area or do anything in the area. The staff was not empathetic at all. They were supposed to call us when the room was ready and at 5:45 pm., nearly two hours after check in, we went back to the front desk and they said it was ready. No phone call, whereas we could have utilized more time to get ready for our event and we're instead rushed. Very disappointed with this resort for the 2nd time in a year.

Have nothing but good things to say. It was me and my girlfriend’s first time at a winery and the front desk people were so helpful with suggestions on what to do and we forgot toothpaste and needed tampons and they brought them to us. They offer free shuttles to go where you need so you don’t have to worry about Ubers or driving. The food was delicious for room service and at their sister resort. Excited to come back when it’s warmer to check out the pool.

Was very nice stay, staff is very helpful and inviting. Ordered rooms service for breakfast, offer the basics. Was good, bedding and towels for bath are also very nice.. we didn't use the pool on this stay, so cant provide experience on that, but it looks comfortable. Property is well maintained and beautiful to walk.. if you stay on the east side, (sunrise) I suggest getting up early, sit on patio with coffee and wait for the balloons at sunrise. Worth the view. Beautiful! Looking forward to another stay, and we appreciated the ability to stay with our small dog... (note, there are coyotes there at night so keep your doggies close by on leashes) you can hear them but not see them... loved it.. Thank Carter Estates J&A. Los Angeles, Ca.
