Hello, During our visit today, Saturday, January 3rd, the spa staff were unwelcoming and unpleasant, unfortunately for us. The towels were in a dirty state, unworthy of a renowned establishment. Sincerely.

It does not have a private beach and is 400 meters away from the sea on foot. It has an acceptable breakfast. The staff is polite, cheerful and self-respecting, without insisting or begging for a tip. The weather was relatively spring-like in the beginning of winter. The pools are large, clean and excellent, free for hotel guests, with both hot water in the indoor and outdoor areas. They were not ready when we arrived. We arrived at 4 pm and the room service was incomplete and there was no charge for the number of people we had. The request for slippers was ignored and after they said another 5 minutes twice, we gave up on asking again.
