Last year, during Eid holiday, I found Casa Dasa Hotel. It was like finding a hidden gem! It was really cozy, clean, fragrant, the staff were friendly and polite, the best. The room was also quite spacious in my opinion, especially since it had a refrigerator and all the complete facilities, including an iron (you can get it at the reception desk). If I go to Bali again, I will definitely book Casa Dasa!

Traveled from Surabaya on the afternoon of the 24th after work. Checked in at Amaris on December 25th. Exhausted from not sleeping, when we arrived at the hotel, we encountered numerous problems. The hot water wouldn't work (they claimed it was because there were a lot of people checking in), the sheets were dirty, the room was dirty and smelly, the water was sticky, there were blood stains on the chairs. I had already booked 5 rooms via Agoda, and all of them were the same. I couldn't even ask for a room change, but the upgrade didn't work either.
